ATC

At ATC, you become part of a community that values growth, mutual trust, and respect. We are dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, fostering a feedback-driven culture. Above all, we care deeply—about helping our customers with efficient CAD and PLM software, the impact of our actions on clients, and the experience of every individual team member. We provide a safe, inclusive, and productive environment, always open to feedback.

Understanding the importance of flexibility in today’s work environment, we offer you the freedom to choose. Whether you prefer to work remotely from home, in one of our offices or community hubs, or as a freelancer with the flexibility to decide when, where, and how you work, we support your preferences.

Learn about our values

We’ve distilled our values into seven key principles that guide how we collaborate with clients and each other, forming the foundation of ATC’s company culture. As we continue to grow and improve, we anticipate these values will evolve with us. To keep them vibrant and relevant, we engage in internal initiatives like "Ask Me Anything" sessions with the core team.

ATC Core Values

These values represent what matters most to our entire company. They guide our actions, define our culture, shape our approach to customer success, and evolve with us as we strive toward ever more ambitious goals. Initiatives like regular feedback sessions and the ATC Hero & Super Hero programs are just a few examples of how our values influence daily life at ATC.
